Setting up the TRB program
Specific ramp rates are required for different thermocyclers for the Target RNA barcoding (TRB) program

*The total time listed is the actual run time of the program after the 4°C hold step, and not the estimated duration provided by the thermocyclers.
We recommend doing a test run before running the assay to ensure that the program runs as expected.
If your thermocycler is not listed above, time the program to achieve a total time of 6.5 mins to 8.5 mins and time to 95°C of 80 s to 100 s.
