NGS Clean-up Bead Recommendations

We recommend the following NGS clean-up beads:

  • SPRIselect (Beckman Coulter, B23317/ B23318/ B23319)

We currently discourage the use of other types of beads (eg. AMPure or Sera-Mag) as we have not validated them for the assay.
